2025 Proposed Changes to IATE Constitution

Hello, IATE Membership!

During the business meeting at the IATE Fall Conference, IATE members will vote on revisions to the IATE Constitution and By-laws, which have been made to better address our current needs and practices.

The Constitution Committee has been working hard on these changes, and they have been approved by the Executive Council. At this time, we are ready to call a vote on the revisions by the membership.

Please take the time to follow these steps:

  1. Review the revised Constitution and By-laws (see below).
    1. Language that will be removed is struck out.
    2. Language that will be added is in bold.
  2. Bring comments and questions to the members meeting at the Fall Conference. Be ready to vote.

We look forward to seeing you at the Fall Conference at Moraine Valley, October 24-25.
